Welcome to AgroPlus ERP . These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AgroPlus ERP mobile and web application provided by Vishal Rajaram Chavhan.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading installing or using AgroPlus ERP, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2. About the App

AgroPlus ERP is a free farm management software designed to support farmers and agribusinesses. The app includes the following modules:

• Farm Management

• Accounting

• Staff Management

• Inventory Management

• Plot Management

• Crop Schedule & Activities.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Any activity using the account will be considered the user's responsibility..

4. Data Accuracy

AgroPlus ERP provides reports and calculations based on the data entered. The accuracy of output depends on the correctness of input. We are not responsible for any loss due to incorrect or incomplete data entered by users.

5. No Payment Required

The app is currently free to use. Premium modules may be introduced in the future. Users will be notified before any such change.

6. Data Storage & Backup

AgroPlus ERP may store user data on secure cloud servers. While reasonable measures are taken to protect data, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. User Responsibilities

• Enter correct farm, staff, and accounting information.

• Do not misuse the app or attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

• Use the app only for lawful agricultural or business activities.

8. Third-Party Services

Some features may use third-party tools (Google, SMS gateway, etc.). We do not control their availability or performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

AgroPlus ERP and its owner are not liable for:

• Financial losses

• Crop losses

• Incorrect decisions made based on app data

• System downtime or technical errors

10. Intellectual Property

The AgroPlus ERP name, logo, design, and content are the property of Vishal Rajaram Chavhan. Users may not copy, resell, or distribute any part of the app.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate user accounts if the Terms are violated.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as needed. The updated version will be posted within the app.
